Supreme Court Recap and Preview

The 2018-19 Term for the Supreme Court of the United States has been filled with a number of consequential cases on a variety of issues including the census citizenship question, gerrymandering, FOIA, etc. The 2019-2020 Term the court is considering a number of cases dealing with various types of discrimination, DACA, the insanity defense, FISA, etc.

Come join us and our featured guest, Tejinder Singh, a SCOTUSblog contributor and partner at Goldstein & Russell, P.C., a boutique law firm focusing on Supreme Court cases. Tejinder will share his thoughts and answer your questions on the conclusion of the Supreme Court’s 2018-2019 term and the start of the Court’s 2019-2020 term.
